| [FR] DOMActivate event dispatching from the framework |

| It would be nice to have DOMActivate event implemented in the framework instead of leaving that functionality implementation up to the developer. In most cases the activation behavior in similar - pressing enter or clicking. Rare cases (like XHTML button element) can be covered in a component. |
