All UI language implementations in Ample SDK are licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License that allows free usage, distribution and modification of the code. The licensing of UI Languages can be expanded in the future to other Open-Source licenses.

The Ample SDK Runtime that implements core Web Standards is yet to become Open Source. At the present moment it is licensed under the Ample SDK Free License that allows its free use in any non-commercial project. The process of opening the source for the Runtime has started, keep watching the project state!
